Upward Flag Football is for boys in grades 1-5 and seeks to develop the self-esteem of each participant while teaching respect for authority, sportsmanship, character, and the fundamental skills of the game. Boys in 1st grade division must be 6 by September 1, 2023. No exceptions.
Evaluations
Each player MUST be evaluated in order to play in the league.
Practices
Practices begin on Saturday, August 19. Practices are held once a week (Monday-Friday) at the same time and day between 5-8:30pm. During registration you may request the exclusion of one practice night (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday).
Once evaluations are completed, players are drafted to teams and families are notified.
Games
All games take place on Saturdays (makeups are on Sundays). The first game is Saturday, September 9.Note: There are no practices or games Monday, September 25 - Saturday, September 30.

Evaluations
Each player MUST be evaluated. Players who miss evaluations will be moved to the waitlist.
- Grades 1-3: Monday, July 31, 5-8 pm
- Grades 4-5: Tuesday, August 1, 5-8 pm

- A full uniform is provided along with flags and a wrist coach (for holding plays and offense/defense sets).
