Adult Coed Kickball Captain Application

Apply to be a captain in the Adult Coed Kickball league for the fall season. Once your application has been processed, we will contact you regarding your status.

Please note: The completion of this application does not register you for the league, but simply submits an application to potentially be a captain this season. If you are pursued, registration will be required at a later date and time.

Captains recruit their own teams. If you aren't planning on captaining a team and still want to play, sign up as a free agent here.
